100 Days: Day 5: The Start of a Plan

The Back Story: How about if you really focused on what you were achieving for the next (consecutive) 100 days? Rather than just put a line through the date on the calendar you decided to do something your biographer could comment on? If it's good enough for a president, it's clearly good enough for us. Lay out the thinkings and musings of Days 1-4 on a large table. Couple that with the 'incubation' time you have had . Get some perspective. In 10 minutes...what does it all mean? What's your focus going to be for the next year or two? That's what we'll work on in the next few days.....

100 Days: Day 4: Personal Statement

So, day 4: Summarise days 1 (Mission), 2 (Vision) and 3 (No barrier) into a simple summary paragraph.

Keep that close: we'll be using that over the next few days and weeks.

Take a 10 minute walk and then jot down a few notes.

100 Days: Day 2: Vision.

So, day 2: what's your vision? If you had to draw the change you are seeking for yourself, your team, your family, the planet: what would it be? Draw it, colour it.

Take 10 minutes and create that vision.
