3. Using the phone, again. The phone carries all the necessary emotions and nuances, even if it’s just voice mail.
4. Leaving at 530 pm. You have a life. If that life is enriched you will have energy for the next day.
5. Saying no. When you say yes to more work you say no to Lego on the floor with your daughter.
6. Taking a walk. Too easy? Try it.
7. Looking at the night-sky on a clear night. And saying wow at the top of your voice. Heck, the neighbours know you are weird. Don’t worry about it.
