Here in the UK, you'll be aware of Abercrombie + Fitch. You'll be aware that business is excellent and that their extremely well-targetted audience cannot get enough of them. So, what do you do? Open more stores? Have mini shops in department stores? No-not at all. Take it nice and easy. Keep it special. At the moment there will be no huge roll-out of stores, no in-department stores. A+F will stay special.
