So-stop worrying about what others think of you. Do a great job and leave on time. Don't hang around simply not to be the first to leave the car park. Do comment that the meeting doesn't have an objective. Do ask your boss for a proper review. In business we cannot expect to be liked all the time. But we can be respected.

Action: practise winning respect for professionalism. Stop worrying about keeping everyone happy. Live your Life wide, not just long.
