You've already done some great work on the wellness aspects of your Personal Compass, here. How is that progressing? Re-visit the concept of MEDS if helpful.
Now consider the mind/brain aspect. Consider increasing your personal investment in this area by:
-putting aside 2% of your income for books and training
-always having a book on the go or non-fiction CD/podcast in the car
-setting up a learning team (3 people/once a month/meet to teach and learn)
Action: take an action to increase your personal investment in your brain.
