Before we even get into the changes you want, big or small, let's be brave and start immediately with the blockers to change. You know: time, other people, no car etc. You know what the real one is? The one it always comes back to? It's energy or the lack of it. If you have energy you can get anything to happen; so let's start there.
I have a very simple reminder of the four essentials for great energy, encapsulated in the simple reminder: MEDS.
M=meditation. Take some time out every day. To do nothing. Not a smoke, nor check your texts. Just nothing for 10 minutes.
E=exercise. Just a walk. If you love the gym, great. But keep it simple. Something you will do and can do every day. Walk.
D=eat and drink more good stuff (you know what that it is) and less bad stuff (you definitely know what that is)
S=get enough sleep. You're getting enough sleep when you can wake naturally most days and the alarm is simply as a back-up or for when you are partying or in another time zone.
Action: work on any aspect of MEDS. See you tomorrow.
